Privacy Policy

Texas Totality Electrical Services LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

When using our contact form, we may collect:

  • Project description and service location (city or ZIP code)
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Online Project Planner and Documents

The project planner collects the services and quantities you request, equipment and nameplate details, site conditions, complete service address, optional separate billing contact and address, preferred timing, approximate budget, contact details and photos you choose to submit. We use this information to review your project, prepare a material checklist, respond by email, and prepare reviewed quotes or invoices.

The planner saves a draft in local storage on your device and can restore recent drafts for up to seven days. Use Clear project to remove the local draft, especially on a shared device. Photos are not saved in that local draft and must be selected again after a refresh. Selected photos are resized in your browser and sent to our website when you submit the project. Submitted requests and photos are stored in our private WordPress project records, accessible to site administrators; project photos are not placed in the public media library.

Clearing the local form does not delete a request already submitted to us. Contact contact@texastotality.com with questions about submitted information or to request correction or deletion. Our staff review requests individually. Please avoid uploading people, identification documents or unrelated private information. Do not enter card details in the planner. Invoice payments take place through the separate payment options offered on our website.
